New Seasons Fees letter

You should be receiving this letter regarding fees for next season.

Please not some important changes are listed on the letter regarding the Dates and Length of the season

Below is a generic copy of the letter as reference, and it will be different for each family's circumstances, 1 player, 2 Players etc...

(Registered number A0009887D) Treasurer, John D’Amore 34 Roycroft Ave, Mill Park 3082 9404 3768 14th May 2022 Dear SMBC Family REGISTRATION FEES FOR THE NEW SEASON AND CHANGES TO THE SEASONS FROM JULY 2022 AS ADVISED BY WHITTLESEA BASKETBALL ASSOCIATION NEW SEASONS 1.Whittlesea Basketball Association is going to alter the seasons from July 2022. 2.The seasons will be as follows Summer term 4 and term 1=October to April Winter term 2 and term 3 = April to September 3. To facilitate the change the first season will run from July 2022 to April 2023, consisting of 24 games and 3 finals and then the seasons after that will be as per point 2 above. 4. The club has no option , so we have to increase the fees for the long season to $xxxx per family to cover costs of 24 games plus 3 finals for Team Registrations, Game Score Sheets and Training, which have all increased. The following season the fees will revert back to $xxxxx per family, as seasons will then be 15 games plus finals. . 5. Payment will be as follows two instalments 1st $xxx and final $xxxx How to pay: Option (1):Pay registration of $xxxx per player by 26th May 2022 and pay the remainder of $xxxx in October 2022. To assist the club in preparing the teams for next season please pay the registration by 26th May 2022, if you are not returning next season please let me know by return email.
