FINAL REMINDER REGISTRATION FOR SEASON JAN TO JUNE 2021

1. Pay $50.00 registration and we will invoice you in Feb/March for the balance.

2. Pay the full amount quoted at the bottom of this email , Less $10.00 discount.

3. Let the club know by return email if you are not returning so that we can send you a refund if you had paid last seasons fees in full. Please quote your current address.

4. To assist the club with preparing teams for next season, please ensure that the registration or full payment is paid by 9th January 2021. Also please register on PLAYHQ. If you have not paid or registered on PLAYHQ, you will not be placed into a team.

6. If you have paid registration or the full fees and you have not registered on PLAYHQ, you must do so, otherwise we cannot place you into a team.
